Description

Overview

Core recovery specification for the G-Class: winch system front and optional rear, onboard air and recovery points integrated into the front and rear bumpers. Developed as a coordinated system — the mounting points, line capacities and air provision are specified together.

Integration

The bumpers carry the recovery loads; the winch system mounts to the steel shelf; the onboard air supports tyre pressure management before and after difficult terrain. The package also accounts for the additional electrical load of the winch on the vehicle's power system.
