Thank you for shopping with Fast Motion SIA. We strive to provide a fast, reliable and transparent shipping experience. Below you will find all details regarding our shipping process.
1. Shipping Methods
We offer a variety of shipping methods to suit your needs, including standard, express and international delivery. Available shipping options for your order will be shown at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.
2. Processing Time & Delivery Time
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
For certain products, especially made-to-order, custom, pre-order, or large/oversize parts, you may see “Processing time” listed on the product page.
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Example:
If Processing time = 7 days, and Shipping time = 3–7 days → Total delivery time = 10–14 days.
Processing time reflects how long it takes to prepare your order for shipment (production, packing, consolidation from suppliers, etc.). Shipping time reflects the courier’s transit time once the parcel has been dispatched.
3. Shipping Timeframes
After the order is processed and dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
- International Shipping: 7–14 business days (depending on destination)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier workload, customs procedures, holidays or unexpected delays.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:
- package weight and dimensions
- delivery destination
- shipping method selected
You will see the full shipping cost before completing your purchase.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number (if tracking is available for your selected method). You can track your shipment on the carrier’s website using this tracking number.

7. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to all countries within the European Union and selected international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us to discuss custom shipping arrangements or alternative solutions.
8. Oversize & Freight Shipments
Some items (for example, large bumpers, skid plates, racks, pallets or other oversize products) may require freight shipping or special handling. For such items:
- Delivery may be made on a pallet via freight carrier.
- Standard delivery is usually curbside only (the driver is not required to carry the item inside your property).
- A tail-lift service may be available depending on the carrier and destination (extra charges may apply).
Any specific delivery requirements (limited access, forklift availability, business address, etc.) should be communicated to us before shipment.
9. Partial Shipments
To speed up delivery, items in your order may be shipped from different warehouses or suppliers and arrive in separate packages.
This means you might receive more than one tracking number and parcels may arrive on different days. You will not be charged extra shipping fees for partial shipments beyond what is shown at checkout.
10. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery in case of loss).
We will initiate a claim with the carrier and guide you through the next steps. To process a damage claim, the carrier may require:
- photos of the packaging and damaged items
- description of the damage
- keeping the original packaging until the claim is resolved
11. International Shipments & Customs
For international shipments outside your home country, customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees may apply. These charges:
- are not included in the product or shipping price shown at checkout (unless explicitly stated)
- are the responsibility of the recipient
Customs policies vary widely by country. Please check with your local customs office for more information about possible charges before placing an order.
12. Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items
Some products on our website may be offered as pre-orders or made-to-order items. For these products:
- The estimated Processing time will usually be indicated on the product page (for example, “Processing time: 2–4 weeks”).
- The Total Delivery Time will be the Processing time plus the Shipping time based on the selected shipping method.
- In rare cases, supplier delays or production issues may extend the processing time. We will inform you by email if this happens and offer options where possible.
13. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please make sure that your shipping address and contact details are entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for shipments that are delayed, lost or returned due to:
- incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer
- failure to collect the parcel from a pick-up point within the carrier’s holding period
If a package is returned to us for these reasons, we may offer to reship it at your expense or issue a refund excluding the original shipping cost (depending on the product and its condition).
