Overview
AL5083 aluminium outer sections at 6 mm, S235 steel winch shelf at 3 mm. The aluminium carries the outer form; the steel carries the recovery loads. The shelf accepts a single-motor or dual top-mounted motor winch. Recovery loops are integrated as standard.
Integration
The front bumper is the leading component of the Aluminum Body Armor Package and the mounting point for the winch system. Together with the rear bumper it forms the front and rear recovery provision within the Recovery Package. Wiring and shelf provisions for the winch are confirmed alongside the bumper specification.
