Professional removal and installation of the OEM ZF 8HP Gearbox Control Unit (GCU). Ideal for diagnostics, repair, or upgrades (e.g., TurboLamik PCB integration) while maintaining OEM sealing and reliability.
What’s Included
- Vehicle intake check and safety lockout
- GCU access, connector inspection, and safe removal
- Seal and harness check; cleaning of mating surfaces
- GCU installation with correct torque and alignment
- Connector pin/terminal inspection and re-seating
- Basic leak and function check after installation
Service Options
- Removal only – we remove and hand over the unit for shipping or bench work
- Installation only – you supply a serviced/repaired GCU for refit
- Full service (remove + install) – complete handling in one visit

- Recommended to pair with fresh ATF top-up and new sealing sleeve if required
