Overview
Remote-reservoir shock absorbers for G-Class expedition builds. External reservoir units maintain damping consistency over extended rough-road use — the larger oil volume resists thermal fade across corrugated tracks and sustained off-road travel. Configured from King, Fox, Bilstein or Öhlins matched to spring rates, vehicle weight and terrain.
Integration
Part of the Expedition Suspension Package, specified alongside the springs. Shock travel is matched to the lift specification. Dual shock configurations are available for select builds.
