Our dedicated logistics service provides safe, reliable, and insured transport of your parts for scanning, measurement, or manufacturing. We manage the entire process – from secure pickup to professional packaging and return shipping – so you can focus on your project without worrying about logistics. Available within the EU and worldwide.

Important Ordering Information

Please select the correct weight range from the product menu when ordering. Each product unit in your cart covers one shipping direction:

• Pickup + Delivery to Us: Add one unit to arrange collection from your location to our studio.
• Return Delivery to You: Add another unit to ship the item back after service completion.
• Return Only: If you send the item yourself and only require return delivery, add this product once.

Customs & International Shipping

For shipments outside the EU, please contact us before ordering to confirm customs procedures. In many cases, we can arrange a temporary import process, allowing parts to enter the EU for service and be returned without import duties. Pre-approval and correct documentation are required to avoid delays or additional costs.

2. Collection: Our courier collects the item from your location.
3. Secure Transport: Professional handling throughout transit.
4. Customs Handling (if applicable): Documentation and clearance for temporary entry.
5. Return Shipping: After service completion, the item is shipped back safely.
