E-commerce Operations & Administration Manager
Keep the store running daily: orders, customer support, invoicing workflows, supplier follow-ups, and clean data.
- Shopify orders + product ops (Matrixify / CSV)
- Klaviyo basics + customer email handling
- Invoices / documents / coordination with accounting
- Strong English writing, structured thinking
Warehouse & Fulfillment Lead
Make shipping fast, accurate, and consistent. You’ll own packing standards, stock accuracy, and daily dispatch.
- Pick / pack / ship + quality checks
- Inventory hygiene (SKU accuracy, bundles, returns)
- Courier labels, documentation, SOP discipline
- Hands-on, reliable, detail-focused
Overland-G Project & Full Build Manager
Lead premium builds end-to-end: planning, suppliers, timelines, quality, and client communication.
- Project management + automotive build experience
- BOM / specs / supplier coordination
- Client-facing communication (premium expectations)
- Quality-first mindset, strong accountability
