The BMW M57 Top Mount Turbo Adapter is designed for custom M57 turbo conversion projects where the factory 3-bolt turbo flange exhaust manifold is converted to accept a V-band turbocharger.
This adapter is intended for builds where moving the turbocharger to the top of the engine makes packaging, clearance and service access easier. It is most commonly used in off-road, overland, racing and custom engine swap projects where the original low turbo position can interfere with the frame, transmission, steering components or engine bay layout.
