Returns & Refunds | FastMotion

This Returns & Refund Policy explains your rights and our procedures in accordance with Latvian and European Union consumer protection laws.


1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason, in accordance with Latvian and EU consumer protection regulations.

Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging, including all accessories and labels.

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

  • Include your order number and the items you wish to return
  • Send the product back within 14 days after notifying us

Returns are accepted by mail only. We do not offer in-store or physical drop-off point returns.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or was shipped incorrectly.


5. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued using the same payment method as the original purchase.

We may withhold the refund until the returned item has been received or until valid proof of return shipment is provided.


6. Product Condition

All products sold are new, unused, and supplied in original manufacturer packaging, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page.


7. Return Labels

We do not provide prepaid return labels. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.


8. Exchanges

We accept product exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original product following the return procedure and place a new order for the replacement item.


9. Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees for returned products.


10. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Opened hygiene-sensitive items
  • Activated digital products or software
  • Services that have already been fully performed
