Remote E-commerce Operations & Growth Specialist

About the role

FastMotion is an automotive company based in Latvia, selling parts and equipment to customers worldwide.

We are looking for an English-speaking specialist to help manage and grow our online business remotely. The role focuses on Shopify, product catalogs, customer communication, supplier coordination, digital operations and business growth.

English is needed for day-to-day communication with international customers and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve Shopify product listings.
• Process online orders and respond to customer inquiries.
• Communicate with international suppliers.
• Update product descriptions, specifications, prices and images.
• Build and improve collections and landing pages.
• Support SEO and e-commerce marketing.
• Work with supplier catalogs and spreadsheets.
• Use AI and automation to simplify repetitive tasks.
• Track unfinished tasks and follow up until resolved.
• Help improve online sales and conversion.

Experience & skills

• Strong written and spoken English.
• Experience with Shopify or a similar e-commerce platform.
• Good understanding of product information and online sales.
• Ability to work independently.
• Good communication and task management.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and digital tools.
• Interest in AI and automation.

Automotive experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

• Sales and conversion performance.
• Workflow and automation improvements.

Working arrangements

Flexible schedule, with agreed availability for communication. Immediate start possible.

This is the proposed fixed monthly compensation range for a full-time engagement. Independent contractor arrangements are possible, depending on your country and agreed contract terms. The employment or contractor arrangement will be confirmed before an offer is made.
