G-Class Sealed Air Intake System

The Overland-G Aluminum Airbox provides a sealed intake solution for Mercedes G-Class diesel conversion builds using OM613 and OM648 engines.

Airflow Control

The system is designed to maintain stable and controlled airflow while protecting the intake from environmental contamination. It supports consistent engine operation under varying load and driving conditions.

Sealed Construction

Unlike open intake setups, the enclosed aluminum housing isolates the filtration system from dust, water and debris. This is particularly important in off-road environments where intake exposure is constant.

Snorkel Integration
