G-Class Off-Road Wheels

The Overland-G Off Road Wheels are designed to handle load, impact and torque in Mercedes G-Class off-road and expedition builds.

Structural Design

These wheels are built to operate under demanding conditions, including uneven terrain, high load and continuous impact.

They are suited for vehicles equipped with additional weight such as armor systems, roof setups and recovery equipment.

Configuration Options

Two main configurations are available:

• Standard wheels for mixed use and overland travel
• Beadlock wheels for low-pressure operation in extreme terrain

Low-Pressure Operation

Beadlock configurations allow the tire bead to remain secured at reduced pressures, increasing traction and footprint on soft or uneven surfaces.

System Integration

The wheels are designed to integrate with suspension geometry, braking systems and drivetrain setup within the vehicle.

For a complete terrain configuration, they are paired with Off-Road Tire Options and used within the Off Road Wheels and Tires Package.

Compatibility

Compatible with Mercedes G-Class platforms W460, W461 and W463 depending on build configuration.

Application

Used in builds where durability, load capacity and traction are required for off-road and expedition use.
