G-Class Professional Exterior Upgrade

The Mercedes G Professional Exterior Upgrade Kit adapts the functional features of the factory G Professional configuration for use in expedition-oriented G-Class builds.

System Purpose

This system focuses on functional changes to the vehicle exterior, improving intake positioning, rear visibility and side awareness in real operating conditions.

Snorkel Intake System

The Mercedes G Professional Snorkel relocates the intake to a higher position on the vehicle. This reduces exposure to dust and supports operation in water crossings.

When combined with a sealed intake system, it forms a controlled intake path for off-road use.

Rear License Plate Position

The Roof-Level License Plate Mount moves the plate to a higher position. This maintains visibility when rear-mounted equipment such as spare wheels or cargo systems is installed.

Mirror System

The G Professional Mirror Kit increases rearward visibility through a larger mirror surface and a more durable housing.

This is useful in narrow trails and technical driving environments.

Mounting Integration

The Mirror Retrofit Cover Plates provide a clean solution for covering original mounting points when upgrading to the Professional mirror configuration.

System Integration

All components are designed to function together as a consistent exterior setup, aligned with how the vehicle is used in expedition and off-road conditions.

Compatibility

Compatible with Mercedes G-Class platforms W460, W461 and W463 depending on configuration. Fitment should be confirmed based on vehicle specification.
