Overview
AL5754 aluminium at 4 mm, with dimple die rectangle pressings across the profile. The pressings stiffen the section without adding material — contact loads distribute along the slider rather than concentrating at the impact point.
Integration
Part of the Aluminum Body Armor Package. The slider absorbs sill contact; the S235 steel mounting hardware routes the result into the body structure. Specified in combination with the suspension package and compatible with portal axle builds.
