G-Class Performance Exhaust System

The Overland-G Performance Exhaust System is designed for Mercedes G-Class diesel conversion builds using OM612, OM613 and OM648 engines, where flow efficiency and durability are required.

Exhaust Architecture

The system is based on a 3-inch exhaust layout that reduces backpressure and supports stable engine operation under load. This configuration improves response while maintaining controlled exhaust temperatures.

Modular Construction

V-band connections are used throughout the system, allowing precise alignment and secure sealing. This approach simplifies installation, removal and future modifications without compromising structural integrity.

Configuration Options

The exhaust can be configured depending on build requirements:

• Catalytic converter integration
• Cerakote surface coating
• Heat shielding for thermal control

These options allow the system to be adapted to regulatory requirements, thermal conditions and long-term durability needs.

Thermal Management
