Returns & Refund Policy
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with Latvian and EU consumer protection laws.
1. Right of Withdrawal
You may return any product within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories and labels.

- Include your order number and list of items you wish to return
- Return the product within 14 days of notifying us
2. Return Method
Returns are accepted by mail only. We do not offer in-store returns or drop-off point returns.

4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error.
5. Refunds
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. We use the same payment method that was used during the original purchase.
We may withhold the refund until the returned item has been received or until proof of return is provided.
6. Product Condition
All products sold are new, unused, and in original packaging unless otherwise specified.
7. Return Label
We do not provide prepaid return labels. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
8. Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
9. Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees for returned products.
10. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Opened hygiene-sensitive items
- Activated digital products or software
- Services already fully performed
